Return Policy:

  •  Orders purchased within Nigeria are eligible for return within 48 hours after customers have received their item.
  • Customers must inform us via email at petitiandco@gmail.com or chat with us on WhatsApp at +234 9169856230 to initiate a return before returning their items.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • In the event of shipping, product, or sizing errors caused by us, customers must contact our helpline within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Arrangements will be made for goods to be picked up from the recipient, and the additional cost of delivery incurred will be fully covered by us.
  • If the client opts for pick up, they should revisit our physical store within 48 hours from picking up at Shop 076, 2nd Floor, Brasas’r Place No 69 Admiralty Way, Lekki Lagos NG, and a swap would be initiated.
  • Note that if a client intends to return their package for any other reason, the shipping/drop-off will be paid in full by the client.
  • For destinations outside Lagos, we work with GIGL/DHL only. Outside Nigeria, we work with only DHL.
  • If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • It’s essential to check the product description, ask all necessary questions about a product before purchase, as we reserve the right to deny returns/exchanges premised on the failure to do so.
  • This policy applies to all clients, and failure to read this policy therein stated is not an exonerating factor.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges:

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds:

  • Unfortunately, there are no refunds allowed. However, we accept store credits for the same amount.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically granted store credit of the same amount within 5 business days.
  • If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at petitiandco@gmail.com.
